Step 1: Bounce a ball back and forth in a consistent manner.
(Note: This is the most crucial step and consistency is key! Do not move on to step two until you are able to master this action with your eyes closed or even in your sleep?)
Step 2: Add in ball number two. This may seem tricky since both of your hands are occupied. However, refer to step one and throw one ball over in that manner and the other ball under.
(The objective here is to catch both of the balls gracefully and confidently)
Step 3: How about another ball? The best way to start off is to carry two balls on your dominant hand and one on your less dominant hand
(The process is simply step 1 and 2 combined; though there is another ball, just ensure you are able to catch the balls)

The concept of CQCQ can also relate to this:
first achieve CONSISTENCY to result to QUALITY then gain CONFIDENT to produce QUANTITY

After all that is said and done, these concepts must be kept in mind when it comes to training new employees.  The trainer must realize that they must start off with one ball, task or in the workplace, and master it.  Then they can move on to the next tasks once they comfortable with juggling one.

For those with no experience, juggling three balls at one time is an overwhelming challenge.  It is, however, doable once the basics are mastered first and tackle tasks by steps.
